Job description
The Store Manager plays a pivotal role in guiding the sales team to achieve daily performance objectives and operational targets. This position emphasizes the development of customer relationships, mentoring team members, and upholding exceptional standards of customer service. Ideal candidates will have a background in managing and training sales teams, coupled with excellent communication abilities. Preference will be given to individuals with a 2 or 4-year college degree, as well as a Personal Lines or Property and Casualty insurance license.
