Job Summary
The 2nd Shift General Production-Part Time position involves contributing to the manufacturing process by performing various tasks that support the production line. This role is pivotal in ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the operation of manufacturing equipment.
- Monitor production processes and report any issues to supervisors.
- Perform quality checks on products to adhere to company standards.
- Pack and label finished products for distribution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols in the workplace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Flexibility to work part-time schedules, including evenings.
- Proficiency in basic math and reading skills.
