Job Summary
The Finished Goods Staffing Clerk will be responsible for overseeing and managing the staffing needs of the finished goods department during the night shift. This role is crucial in ensuring that all staffing requirements are efficiently met to maintain operational effectiveness and product flow.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess the staffing levels in the finished goods department.
- Coordinate schedules and shift rotations for team members working the night shift.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and timekeeping.
- Address any staffing issues that may arise during the night shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer software for scheduling and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff.
