**Job Title:** Packing Assistant
The Packing Assistant collaborates with the Packing Supervisor to supervise packing operations, oversee staff assignments, and ensure accurate time and attendance documentation. This role involves carrying out standard clerical tasks and offering assistance to team members to facilitate smooth production processes. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with proficiency in personal computing and fundamental mathematical skills. Certification as a forklift operator is required, along with excellent verbal communication abilities and capacity to thrive in a manufacturing setting.
