The Maintenance Technician Associate will carry out preventive maintenance and address mechanical and electrical challenges related to industrial equipment. This role involves collaboration with seasoned technicians to support repair activities while adhering to all safety protocols. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and demonstrate a strong mechanical aptitude along with a readiness to learn. While prior experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or related trades is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
