Job Summary
The Compounder I for the 3rd shift in manufacturing will play a crucial role in the production process. This entry-level position involves preparing and mixing raw materials to create chemical compounds while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and measure ingredients according to specified formulas.
- Operate and maintain mixing equipment to ensure efficient production.
- Monitor and document mixing processes and production outputs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Participate in routine cleaning and maintenance of the work area and equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role is preferred.
- Basic understanding of mixing and compounding processes is advantageous.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to safety and quality.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
