The Compounder plays a crucial role in accurately blending and mixing cosmetic formulations utilizing Symex machinery, all while upholding quality standards and managing inventory effectively. This position also involves cleaning equipment, matching shades, and mentoring colleagues to enhance production efficiency. Applicants should have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in batch processing or a comparable manufacturing setting, alongside a High School Diploma or GED. Additionally, candidates must have a good command of intermediate mathematics and successfully pass a color hue test to qualify for this position.
