Job Title: Antenna Systems Development Lead
In this role, you will oversee the complete development lifecycle of antenna systems, guiding the process from the foundational architecture to design, integration, and on-site deployment. You will be responsible for orchestrating efforts across various engineering disciplines and steering technical milestones to guarantee the successful launch of products. Applicants should have a degree in a pertinent engineering field and bring 3-5+ years of experience in the development of intricate hardware or antenna systems. A strong ability for systems thinking, practical integration expertise, and proficiency in managing technical trade-offs across diverse engineering areas are essential for this position.
