Job description
**Molding Operator Lead**
The Molding Operator Lead is responsible for orchestrating daily production operations, allocating tasks to operators, and ensuring adherence to both quality benchmarks and safety regulations. This role also includes training team members, assisting with problem-solving, and upholding precise production records within the injection molding sector. Applicants should possess 2-3 years of experience in injection molding or manufacturing, with a strong preference for those who have held a lead or mentorship position. Expertise in ERP software, familiarity with ISO 13485 quality standards, and availability for the 3rd shift are mandatory.
