Job Summary
The 3rd Shift Production Operator is responsible for operating machinery and monitoring production processes to ensure efficient manufacturing. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining product quality and meeting production targets in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate and oversee production equipment during the third shift.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Conduct routine checks on machinery and report any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to implement process improvements.
- Perform necessary adjustments to machinery to maintain optimal performance.
- Ensure that all production documentation is accurately completed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
- Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
