**Team Member Experience Manager**
The Team Member Experience Manager is responsible for managing all human resources initiatives at the site level, encompassing hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management to enhance employee engagement and retention. This role collaborates closely with facility leaders to cultivate a positive workplace culture and guarantees adherence to employment regulations. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of 5 years of advancing HR experience, including 2 years in a leadership capacity. Essential qualifications include a solid understanding of employment law, experience with HRIS systems, and the ability to effectively influence facility leadership.
