Job Summary
The Operator plays a key role in the production of superior quality warps by expertly setting, adjusting, and overseeing slashing machines. Adherence to cleanliness and safety regulations is paramount in performing these duties. The role also encompasses managing materials and maintaining comprehensive documentation in alignment with ISO AS9100 standards.
Responsibilities
- Set, adjust, and monitor slashing machines to ensure the production of high-quality warps.
- Maintain strict cleanliness and safety standards in all operational tasks.
- Handle raw materials effectively, ensuring seamless workflow.
- Complete and maintain necessary documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Ensure all records meet ISO AS9100 requirements.
Qualifications
- Basic math skills are essential for handling measurements and calculations.
- General computer knowledge is required for documentation and machine operation.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment, including hoists and hand jacks.
- Must pass a pre-hire assessment to qualify for the role.
- Capability to work efficiently in confined spaces.
