Job Summary
The role of the agent involves developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of insurance prospects. The agent is responsible for achieving performance targets through proactive prospecting calls and sales efforts. They will also focus on informing customers about personal lines insurance offerings while seeking opportunities to cross-sell AAA services.
Responsibilities
- Generate and manage a pipeline of insurance prospects.
- Achieve performance objectives through prospecting calls and sales activities.
- Educate clients on personal lines insurance products.
- Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities within AAA services.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance sector.
- Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are required.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- A strong sales mindset and effective communication skills.
- A valid driver’s license is necessary.
