Job Summary
The primary objective of this role is to devise and implement a regional sales strategy aimed at enhancing referrals and expanding market share. This position focuses on forging strong connections with physicians, clients, and leaders within the community. Additionally, the role involves presenting the company’s service offerings and performance metrics, keeping sales and operations leadership informed on progress, and actively engaging in community and regional events.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to increase referrals and market presence.
- Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, clients, and community influencers.
- Deliver presentations on the company’s services and share outcomes data.
- Report regularly to the sales and operations leadership regarding progress and results.
- Coordinate and take part in various community and regional initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable sales work experience is necessary.
- A minimum of two years of experience in sales and marketing, especially with physicians, medical facilities, employers, or similar areas, is required.
- Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to cultivate relationships.
- Should be persuasive, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Willingness to travel up to 70% within the assigned region is essential.
