Job Summary
The position of Accountant I at HealthWest is located in Muskegon, Michigan, and requires an onsite work arrangement. This role entails working under the general supervision of more senior accounting staff. The individual will be tasked with preparing financial reports, maintaining records, and reconciling accounts.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial reports and records.
- Balance accounts and ensure accuracy in financial documentation.
- Conduct various accounting tasks as required by supervisors.
Qualifications
- A degree in accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience in accounting.
- Alternately, a high school diploma or GED may be considered.
- Prior experience in the accounting field is preferred.
