Accounting and Payroll Specialist

The specialist is responsible for overseeing the payroll, benefits, and accounting frameworks within the organization. This includes administering biweekly payroll and ensuring account reconciliation. Responsibilities also encompass managing vendor invoices, processing expense reports, and maintaining the accuracy and compliance of the general ledger. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll and 3 years in progressively responsible accounting roles. An associate degree in accounting is necessary, while a bachelor’s degree is highly desirable, along with strong skills in payroll and accounting software.
