Job description
**Estimator**
The Estimator plays a key role in assessing damaged vehicles to develop precise repair strategies while overseeing direct referral programs from insurance companies. They act as the main liaison for customers, facilitating transparent communication throughout the repair journey and upholding high standards of quality and profitability. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in writing under Direct Repair Programs (DRP) and must possess the I-CAR Pro-Level 1 certification. Expertise in Mitchell and CCC estimating systems, coupled with excellent communication and organizational abilities, is critical for success in this position.
