Job Summary
The Accounting Manager is responsible for guiding the monthly financial closing activities, supervising both accounts payable and receivable, as well as maintaining the integrity of the general ledger. This role collaborates with operations to guarantee precise inventory valuation and aids in budgeting and forecasting efforts.
Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly financial close process efficiently.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger.
- Collaborate with operations for accurate inventory valuation.
- Support the development and monitoring of budgeting and forecasting initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
- 4-6+ years of progressive experience in accounting.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and Excel is essential.
- Understanding of internal control principles.
- Willingness to work on-site full-time.
