Job Summary
The Accounting Specialist is responsible for overseeing accounts payable, executing payroll processes through ADP, and delivering property-level accounting assistance for a collection of hotels. This position requires meticulous account reconciliation, ensuring precision in financial reporting, and working closely with hotel management to uphold high operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee accounts payable processes.
- Process payroll using ADP systems.
- Provide accounting support at the property level for hotel operations.
- Ensure all accounts are reconciled and maintain financial accuracy.
- Collaborate with hotel management to support operational excellence.
Qualifications
- A minimum of an associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting or payroll management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in the hospitality sector is preferred, along with knowledge of M3 accounting software.
