Job Summary
The Accounting Specialist plays a crucial role in overseeing the functions of accounts payable and accounts receivable. This position is vital for ensuring accurate financial management through activities such as invoice and trust account reconciliation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Reconcile invoices and maintain trust accounts.
- Perform assessments of fees related to services.
- Provide customer service support to vendors and internal staff.
- Maintain precise financial records to ensure accountability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Alternatively, an Associate’s degree with one year of experience will be accepted.
- Bachelor’s degree holders are also eligible for consideration.
- A valid California Driver’s License and dependable transportation are mandatory.
