Job Summary
The role involves designing and developing advanced Agentic AI systems aimed at streamlining intricate compliance procedures and enhancing decision-making workflows. This position requires the individual to establish the technical roadmap for machine learning initiatives, focusing on model selection and evaluation methodologies, while collaborating with stakeholders to maintain adherence to regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Architect and create production-level Agentic AI systems.
- Automate complex compliance operations and support decision-making workflows.
- Define the technical direction for machine learning efforts, including the selection and evaluation of models.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in machine learning and software engineering.
- Demonstrated success in delivering applications based on LLM or Agentic AI technologies.
- Expertise in Python programming and familiarity with GenAI frameworks.
- Experience working in regulated environments, particularly in areas related to financial crimes.
