Job description
**Job Title:** Accounting Team Lead
The Accounting Team Lead will be responsible for managing financial reporting, processing journal entries, and performing account reconciliations, all while promoting an environment of responsibility and ongoing development. This role will also involve providing support for both internal and external audits, regulatory reporting, and aiding in accounts payable tasks. Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and have a minimum of 5 years of pertinent accounting experience. Expertise in GAAP, general ledger systems, and Microsoft Excel is essential, and experience within the banking or financial services sector is highly desirable.
