**Payroll & Benefits Specialist**
The Payroll & Benefits Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the precise and prompt processing of payroll for a diverse, multi-state workforce, while adhering to wage and hour laws. This position will oversee benefits administration, manage HRIS systems, and work closely with internal teams to conduct audits and fulfill payroll tax obligations. Ideal candidates should possess 3 to 5 years of payroll experience, with a strong focus on California labor regulations and HRIS setup. A high level of proficiency in Excel, attention to detail, and the capability to understand complex wage and hour laws are vital for success in this role.
