The Asset Collections Specialist is tasked with overseeing the collection of overdue accounts receivable while assisting clients in establishing payment plans. This role involves assessing account patterns, ensuring precise record-keeping, and working with various internal departments to address and resolve any disputes. Applicants should possess a solid background in collections or a similar area, complemented by exceptional negotiation and communication abilities. Mastery of collection software and the Microsoft Office Suite is essential, alongside the capacity to operate autonomously.
