Job description
**Accounting Team Lead**
The Accounting Team Lead will be responsible for managing financial reporting, journal entries, and account reconciliations, while promoting a culture focused on accountability and ongoing enhancement. This role will also involve assisting with internal and external audits, regulatory reporting, and serving as backup for accounts payable operations. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance along with a minimum of 5 years of pertinent accounting experience. A solid understanding of GAAP, advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with general ledger systems are essential, with a bonus for candidates who have experience in the banking sector.
