The Guest Service Representative plays a key role in coordinating event rentals, handling tasks such as setup, teardown, and facility cleaning. This position also includes providing on-site assistance to guests and undertaking minor maintenance duties to keep the facilities in top condition. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and must be able to work evenings and weekends. The job entails the physical capability to lift over 50 lbs and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
