Job description
The Accounting Team Lead will be responsible for managing financial reporting, processing journal entries, and performing account reconciliations, all while promoting a culture of accountability and ongoing improvement. This role also involves aiding internal and external audits, preparing regulatory reports, and providing support for accounts payable activities. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and have a minimum of 5 years of pertinent accounting experience. A solid grasp of GAAP, advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with general ledger systems are essential.
