Open positions for accounts

Manage the billing-to-cash cycle for assigned projects and customer accounts, including contract setup, invoicing, cash application, collections, and resolution of billing issues. Reconcile accounts receivable, monitor funding and unbilled revenue, prepare financial reports, and support period-end close, audits, and cash forecasting. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree in a related field preferred, and 3–5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in accounts receivable, billing, or collections. Candidates should have strong order-to-cash and reconciliation knowledge, accounting software and Excel proficiency, contract-reading and communication skills, and must pass a background check, hold a valid driver’s license, and be eligible for U.S. Government Security Clearance.
