**Job Title: Activation Specialist**
The Activation Specialist is responsible for overseeing the customer onboarding journey from initial kickoff to readiness for production, facilitating the successful configuration of the platform and fostering user engagement. This role serves as a link between clients and internal teams to address technical challenges and establish optimal practices for deploying AI agents. Applicants should possess 2–4 years of experience in customer-centric positions, such as onboarding or account management, specifically in a SaaS context. Essential attributes for this position include strong organizational capabilities, a proactive stance on technical troubleshooting, and outstanding communication skills.
