Responsibilities
- Facilitate and lead recreational programs for residents, ensuring participation and satisfaction.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events that enhance resident social interaction.
- Maintain and manage department equipment to ensure everything is in proper working order.
- Complete necessary documentation related to resident care and activities.
