Job description
The Administrator is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive operations, adherence to regulations, and quality assurance of services at an Adult Care Facility. This role entails providing guidance to foster person-centered care, while managing staff, finances, and facility protocols. Applicants are required to fulfill certain educational and experiential qualifications, which can include a high school diploma alongside five years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree coupled with two years of supervisory experience. All prior experience should pertain to residential care, healthcare management, or comparable fields, as stipulated by NYSDOH regulations.
