The Insurance Agent plays a key role in assessing client requirements to propose customized insurance options and generate leads by leveraging networking opportunities and company tools. This position involves fostering robust relationships with clients, guiding prospects through various policy selections, and overseeing the sales journey from the first interaction to finalizing contracts. Applicants should either hold or be prepared to acquire an insurance license and must exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Additionally, a proactive, results-oriented approach and fundamental computer skills for managing client information and CRM systems are essential.
