Job Summary
The Advisory Engineer will act as the main technical liaison for customers utilizing cloud services, transforming their needs into cohesive server and rack configurations. The role involves leading interdisciplinary teams to assess infrastructure, troubleshoot intricate technical challenges, and oversee comprehensive program delivery.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the key technical representative for cloud clients.
- Translate customer requirements into effective hardware solutions.
- Lead collaborative teams to validate and optimize infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues.
- Manage the complete execution of programs from start to finish.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in systems engineering or hardware development.
- Hands-on expertise with server platforms and datacenter environments.
- Strong knowledge of hardware and firmware interactions.
- Proven skills in failure analysis.
- Experience in cross-functional teamwork and collaboration.
