Job description
The Staff Attorney oversees a busy caseload of affirmative immigration cases, delivering legal representation at USCIS and EOIR. Duties include formulating case strategies, performing legal research, and upholding exceptional legal services through teamwork and peer evaluation. Applicants must possess a J.D. and belong to a state bar in good standing. Experience in immigration law and bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English are mandatory qualifications.
