The Auto Claims Representative is responsible for managing entry-level insurance claims throughout their entire lifecycle, encompassing investigation, assessment, and final resolution. This role involves offering support to both agents and policyholders, while also gaining essential knowledge of the company’s insurance offerings and operational practices. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in handling property/casualty claims. Proficient communication, strong organizational abilities, and solid mathematical skills are essential. Additionally, a valid driver’s license and the legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship are required.
