Job Summary
The Associate will play a crucial role in structuring, negotiating, and finalizing intricate affordable housing deals, which encompass LIHTC and tax-exempt bond financings. This individual will also oversee complex public-private financing arrangements and ensure smooth coordination among diverse stakeholders during the closing process.
Responsibilities
- Structure and negotiate sophisticated affordable housing transactions.
- Close deals involving LIHTC and tax-exempt bond financings.
- Manage and coordinate layered public-private financing frameworks.
- Facilitate closings by liaising with various stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Between 2 to 7 years of relevant transactional experience in affordable housing, real estate, or project finance.
- Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission is essential.
- Strong academic background is required.
