Job description
**Job Title: Lead LLM-Based Agents Development**
Oversee the complete lifecycle of agents using large language models (LLMs), encompassing research, development, and implementation of complex workflows and tool integration. Collaborate with various teams to embed these AI solutions into operational settings, prioritizing safety, compliance, and optimal performance. A Ph.D. with over 5 years of experience or an M.S. with a minimum of 12 years in creating and deploying AI systems in a production context is required. Applicants should have a deep understanding of LLMs, machine learning frameworks, and the experience of scaling AI technologies in a professional environment.
