Job description
The CDU Trainer plays a key role in overseeing the follow-up processes for denials, analyzing trends, and offering support to team members regarding account management. This position also involves addressing intricate issues and providing education to staff on claims comprehension and documentation practices. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in medical specialty billing. A solid understanding of claims formats, CARC codes, and 835 remittance is essential, as well as the capability to develop training resources.
