Job Summary
The AI Analytics Engineer is responsible for the development and upkeep of governed data pipelines and semantic models. This position ensures that AI agents deliver precise and reliable responses derived from company data. Additionally, it focuses on transforming business-created prototypes into systematic data products and creating evaluation frameworks to assess the accuracy of AI-generated answers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and semantic models.
- Ensure AI agents can provide accurate and actionable insights from enterprise data.
- Transform business prototypes into structured data products.
- Create evaluation frameworks to monitor and enhance AI answer accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics or data engineering.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python programming languages.
- Significant experience in developing semantic layers and managing medallion architectures.
- Ability to coordinate with external technical partners effectively.
