Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced AI Systems Engineer to lead the delivery and management of models within our organization. This role is centered at the convergence of DevOps, MLOps, FinOps, and observability practices, ensuring our AI and service infrastructures function effectively. The successful candidate will demonstrate a solid history in operating AI systems and understand how to optimize them for business value.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and administration of AI systems and related infrastructure.
- Integrate and manage DevOps, MLOps, and FinOps methodologies within the AI framework.
- Ensure the reliability and observability of AI services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote best practices in AI deployment and management.
- Continuously assess and enhance the performance and security of AI operations.
- Provide expert guidance and technical support throughout the deployment cycles.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of AI models with respect to business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in AI systems engineering and infrastructure management.
- Proven expertise in DevOps, MLOps, and FinOps practices.
- Demonstrated ability to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Relevant educational background in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
