Clean, sanitize, strip, wax, and polish floors throughout the healthcare facility using appropriate equipment and procedures. Follow safety and infection-control protocols, inspect and report floor conditions, manage supplies, and assist with general housekeeping as needed. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; previous floor care, janitorial, or environmental services experience is preferred, as is formal floor-care training. Candidates should be able to operate floor-care equipment safely, follow procedures, communicate and work with a team, maintain confidentiality under HIPAA, and meet the physical demands of the role.
