Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Ambulatory OR Surgical Technologist for our Day Shift at our outpatient facility in Brookline, Massachusetts. This role focuses on delivering safe, efficient, and outstanding patient care within our four operating rooms. As a key member of the surgical team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a sterile environment and assisting with various surgical needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist OR teams by providing necessary support during surgical procedures.
- Maintain and promote sterile technique at all times in the operating room.
- Prepare and manage surgical instruments and supplies effectively.
- Contribute to the timely turnover of operating rooms in a fast-paced Ambulatory Surgical Center.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Surgical Technologist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of sterile techniques and surgical procedures.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills are required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
