Job Summary
The Amplify Supervisor is tasked with overseeing daily production operations and serves as the key communication bridge among the hourly workforce, management, engineering, and quality control departments. This role prioritizes enhancing safety measures, boosting productivity levels, and managing ongoing improvement initiatives within the manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure targets are met.
- Facilitate communication between team members and management, engineering, and quality teams.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude is essential.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred for candidates.
- Proficiency in data analysis is required.
- Able to work a flexible schedule to accommodate various shifts.
