Job description
The position entails the execution and assessment of routine and exceptional payroll calculations for Bokados staff, adhering to the designated payment schedule. Furthermore, the analyst will oversee commissions, incentives, and issues related to sales personnel, while also contributing to ongoing enhancements of payroll systems. Applicants should possess a professional degree, ideally in accounting, auditing, or human resources management. Prior experience in payroll administration and organizational human resources is necessary, alongside a solid understanding of compensation structures and sales policies.
