Job description
**Area Director**
The Area Director is responsible for offering strategic leadership and operational guidance to designated hotel properties, ensuring adherence to brand standards and achievement of financial objectives. Key responsibilities include coaching and mentoring general managers, overseeing budget management, and promoting revenue growth and guest satisfaction. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for those holding a two or four-year college degree. A minimum of two years of proven experience with the company is required, along with proficient computer skills and a valid driver’s license.
