Job Summary
The Analyst position involves generating analytical schedules, conducting research on various accounting topics, and evaluating financial trends associated with target companies across the transactional spectrum. The role also entails participating in management meetings and assisting in the preparation of reports for transaction advisory services.
Responsibilities
- Prepare analytical schedules for financial analysis.
- Conduct research on diverse accounting topics.
- Examine financial trends of target companies throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Engage in management discussions to support decision-making.
- Contribute to the report-writing process for various transaction advisory engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Candidacy for CPA or possession of the CPA designation is mandatory.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
