Job description
The Companion Animal Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and overall welfare of live animals, while also promoting sales and operational efficiency within the department. This position requires leading, training, and guiding team members to maintain superior standards of animal care and deliver outstanding customer service. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of supervisory experience, ideally in a pet retail setting. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, alongside a solid understanding of companion animals and aquatic life.
