The Leasing Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to both residents and potential tenants while overseeing leasing operations including property tours and application processing. This role also involves undertaking general administrative tasks, keeping resident records updated, and managing documentation through property management software. Candidates should demonstrate strong skills in customer service, communication, and multitasking. A background in leasing or property management, along with proficiency in OneSite software, is mandatory.
