Job Summary
The role involves overseeing a substantial inventory of commercial auto rideshare claims, guaranteeing efficient resolutions and providing compassionate customer service. The individual will work in conjunction with product and engineering teams to enhance claims procedures while ensuring adherence to state regulations and policy guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Manage the inventory of rideshare auto claims, prioritizing timely resolutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on empathy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve claims processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant state regulations and policies.
- Perform analysis and navigate complex liability investigations.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in rideshare auto physical damage claims.
- Possession of an active adjuster license is required.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred for this position.
- Strong analytical skills are essential.
