Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the accounting team to enhance performance and efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is essential.
- Minimum of eight years of increasingly responsible accounting experience.
- At least three years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Expertise in commercial real estate property operations is necessary.
