Job description
The Apparel Department Leader oversees the procurement and inventory of merchandise, ensuring that store displays and signage are well-maintained. This role includes training, coaching, and supervising apparel clerks to uphold exceptional levels of customer service and operational effectiveness. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have the capability to perform basic mathematical tasks as well as operate power equipment. Strong communication skills and a readiness to work weekends and holidays are essential for success in this position.
