Job description
The Executive Director is responsible for the comprehensive strategic and operational leadership within the community, encompassing financial management, sales initiatives, and clinical supervision. This role includes ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, upholding exceptional resident care levels, and cultivating a supportive atmosphere for both staff and residents. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree or comparable experience and possess a valid administrator license when mandated by state law. Significant leadership experience in the senior living sector, particularly in assisted living and memory care settings, is highly desirable.
